The reserving party agrees to abide by any mandates, capacity restrictions, and rules enforced by Free State pertaining to the overall health and safety of guests. All guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ and willing to show a valid ID if necessary. The reserving party agrees to indemnify and hold Free State along with their successors, assigns, employees, owners, investors, managers, and affiliates harmless from any damages that may result from Free State failing to open on the event date. By signing this agreement, Free State agrees to use all reasonable efforts to be open on the date of the event. However, should some circumstance occur which would make it commercially unreasonable to open, Free State reserves the right to cancel the reservation in its sole judgment. Should Free State fail to open on the date of the event, any deposit amount or fee delivered to Free State will be returned to the reserving party within a reasonable time period.
